    Der Kontakt mit Stipe war super, wir konnten alles fragen und haben sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Das Haus selbst ist der Hammer, für Oktober hatten wir auch noch Glück mit dem Wetter. Preis/ Leistung sensationell Wenn es ginge würden wir 6 Sterne oder mehr vergeben. Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche

    Excellent villa for a family

    Outstanding and comfortable villa with lots of space for a larger family. Pool was ideal and the hot tub and sauna went down well. Lovely views and local town Omis had everything we wanted. Nice boat trip up the river and day trip to Split.

    Amazing House in quiet, beautiful surroundings

    Very friendly host, who provided many good suggestions at arrival and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was perfect. This was in fact the case. Beautiful house and surroundings with large quiet nature surroundings. House, kitchen and pool area was very well equipped and well functioning. Nearest grocery store few minutes drive away. Omis with larger supermarkets, beaches and cosy small streets, shops and restaurants 10-15 minutes drive away. We highly recommend this place.

    Super schöne Villa

    Das Haus ist wirklich super schön gewesen. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Der Pool und Jaccuzi waren ein Traum. Wir hatten zudem Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Gegend ist ebenfalls sehr schön gewesen. Ca. 10 Minuten fahrt zum nächsten Ort Omis mit Sandstrand. Wir würden naiv jeden Fall wieder kommen.

    A Amazing Property!

    The most amazing we have stayed in! It has a lovely clean pool and a beautiful view from the balconies! The tavern was lots of fun! And we bbq’d almost every night on the easy to use gas bbq! We went to some of the restaurants that the host recommended! Our 10 year old boy loved the steak 🥩at the restaurant in Naklice We all enjoyed the special meat platters. The beds were extremely comfortable. The Villa is well located and easy to drive to Omiš, some of us also went to the zip line nearby and would thoroughly recommend it! The hot tub was a fantastic addition! We would love to come here again. Stipe was helpful and generous with his time and we really enjoyed the local speciality dish that he provided for us upon arrival.

    Perfektes Haus für zwei Personen

    Sehr hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man braucht. den riesigen Garten kann man selbst ernten, so hatten wir immer frisches Gemüse und Kirschen. Es sind zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen mit Geschirrspüler vorhanden.Der Pool und Whirlpool sind ein Traum und werden mind alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen. Danke Stripe für den schönen Urlaub

    Eine Woche Urlaub mit meinen Freunden

    Die Villa macht schon beim betreten des Grundstücks einen super Eindruck. Die Einfahrt und der umliegende Garten ist gepflegt, täglich kommt ein Gärtner der dafür sorgt, dass es auch ordentlich bleibt. Gleiches gilt für den Pool. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm am Ende einer Stichstraße und somit sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gepflegt und von guter Qualität. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm und funktioniert super. Alles in allem einen gelungener Urlaub.

    Traumurlaub

    Die Villa ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern, alles war super gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool und der Garten sind ein Traum, wir durften uns täglich am Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten bedienen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Dusche, im ganzen Haus gibt es nur eine Dusche und eine Badewanne was bei einer großen Familie manchmal zu Stau führt. Stipe war ein sehr freundlicher und extrem hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Ich kann die Villa mit gutem Gewissen jedem und vor allem größeren Familien weiterempfehlen!

    Lovely villa.

    Spacious, well equipped and very comfortable house with a lovely pool and views. Great base to explore the surrounding region. The owner, Stipe was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time here.

    Lovely property in the hills above Omis

    We were 4 adults and 4 kids age 5-9 and had a wonderful stay! The house is a 10 min drive to Omis, a lovely town nestled in a gorge next to a river with a fortress on the hill that you can climb to. It was also just ~25 min into Split, where we spent several afternoons and evenings. The garden at the house was a fun place for the kids to run around and the pool was a big hit! The house itself was very comfortable with an amazing jacuzzi tub. If you're looking for a large house a short drive from these towns, I'd recommend this one.

    Excellent.

    The villa was pristine on arrival and has everything you need and more. Stipe was the perfect host and was on hand when required if we had any questions. We loved the pool, hot tub and the tavern room too. Omis is a beautiful town, will lovely old lanes lined with restaurants and lovely beaches. Overall we had a great holiday.     Sehr netter Hausbesitzer, der jederzeit verfügbar war, super ausgestattete Küche, Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool waren genau so schön wie auf den Bildern! Top Ausstattung (Grill, Tischtennisplatte, und und und...)! Die Villa war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants haben sich alle gelohnt! Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

    A beautiful house, very clean and with everything we needed for the 8 of us (including 3 teenagers and an 8 year old) to have a relaxing and fun time. The owner was very helpful and welcoming; the tortoises surprisingly entertaining and the garden fruit and vegetables plentiful. We also enjoyed a Croatian meal at the restaurant in Naklice as well as exploring the beautiful local area and beaches. Thank you Stipe and team.

    What a fantastic villa & location, nothing is too much trouble for Stipe the owner, the villa easily coped with 4 teenagers & 3 adults - would highly recommended the rafting and trip wire experiences and it is well worth the effort of climbing both forts in Omis

    Lovely, well-equipped villa in a great location.

    We had a great week in Villa Lovric. It made a fantastic base for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. Rafting down the Cetina river is a must-do!

    Villa de grande qualité, spacieuse. Location exceptionnelle! Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en Croatie. Accueil parfait. Ne pas hésiter à louer cette villa. Au calme, proche de Omis, dans un écrin de verdure .... Piscine, Spa, jacuzzi, table de ping pong, idéale avec des adolescents. Merci au propriétaire pour l'accueil et les nombreux conseils.

    excellent villa

    we had a great holiday here. the villa has everything you would expect. The pool and jacuzzi were great. We enjoyed the table tennis, even better when we realised that the awning could be extended and we could play underneath it. The location is peaceful, with private views across to a wooded slope. The tavern downstairs was surprisingly fun, especially to make a fire in the oven and cook your own food on it (we grilled some fish we had bought in the fish market in Omis). The air conditioning worked perfectly, as did everything else. The only bedroom without is is the downstairs one. The villa was immaculate.
