Although we initially had trouble accessing the unit due to unclear instructions, once we got in, everything was fantastic. The outdoor lounging area is comfortably appointed and enjoyable, and the bay-facing sunporch is the best for sunrise views and morning coffee. The house is well-appointed with everything we needed except a tea kettle (but that's just us). The beds are comfortable and the host response is friendly and efficient. "

"We had such a great time! We are a group of 11 high school friends who have remained friends for over 50 years! Yes we are old! We rented a pontoon boat with plans to explore Torch Lake one day and Elk Lake another day, however the weather was unusually cold with rain off and on so we cancelled. " My family very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The house had everything we needed. It was great to rent the Pontoon boat and Jet Skis available. The view is spectacular. "We were booked to stay in this cottage, however due to a maintenance issue, Nan reached out a couple of days before and offered us their other cabin, located right next door. She and her family offered to move so that we could stay there and not be disturbed by the maintenance workers. So while I cannot speak to this cabin, I can say that Nan was an excellent host and her property was clean, well-stocked and lovely. Would happily rent either cabin from her again."
