It appears because I was out of Wi-Fi reception when the two bookings came through preventing the booking calendars from synchronising like they are supposed. Unfortunately, this is a NZ problem not having full Wi-Fi coverage across the whole country when driving. I am very happy that you were looked after well at The Sierra Motel. They were very accommodating with my problem. Thank you for being so understanding.
