With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. "We arrived on 1st May for a 3 night stay. it was the first day of the season and the hotel team were very welcoming. Our twin room was very comfortable, clean & spacious. Slightly dated having been built 20 years ago but very adequate. The breakfast was exceptional; so many choices from fruits, cereals, cooked eggs etc,, yoghurts, pies & salad & a large array of pastries, desserts & sweets. "Property was great with great pool and breathtaking view. From the pool you can see Zante. However the air-conditioning needs a check. The unit in the kitchen was not blowing cold air at all and the bedroom one wasn't great either. Therefore a bit of a warm night. "

"Excellent balcony view. Much better than the images online. Easy walk up to it. Only two things that need improving is the air conditioning is very loud in the bedrooms and living room (although you can leave it on when you go out!) and theres nobody at reception until you call them (they leave a number at the door and they come up in 2minutes).
