Perfect for business travel

Very comfortable and everything was as described. Owner was very responsive. Stayed three nights with two other colleagues attending a conference in downtown Omaha. Less than 2 miles to downtown, so the location was perfect. 3.5 bathrooms meant each of us had a private ensuite bath. Kitchen was well equipped, private attached garage was a bonus. Would definitely stay again for business or personal travel.

Short family outing

Great property and location for us. Husband is originally from Omaha so it was like home and he was familiar with the area so we had no issues. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs so you will get your steps in. Definitely will stay again.

Fantastic, clean, convenient comfortable property

Fantastic property. One of the best we've ever stayed at. Very clean, modern, well designed. Every aspect was a nice touch. Especially liked the binder provided by the owner. Great location too near the zoo!

Great modern house

Could not ask for anything more. Host was extremely helpful when we needed info with respect to the airco. Neighborhood very clean and safe. We walked every day, only 30 minutes to the center of old town.

Enjoyed out stay-great host

Recently stayed with family with young kids. Very clean updated property with minimal decor which was very nice. Garage was very nice to have. Host was very easy to work with and quick with responses. There is a lot of stairs however we enjoyed having separate levels. The only thing is the area that it is in was not our favorite. We never felt unsafe per se but not our favorite and not easy to get to.

Great time

Overall the place was fantastic. My only complaint was no Kleenex tissue in the house, the ice maker doesn’t make nearly e ouch I’ve got 6 adults and no extra blankets for beds (only one but 3 beds). We would definitely stay again. There was a huge storm 2 days before our check in and the place lost power. Amber checked in multiple times a day and even offered a refund. She made sure to have batteries and flashlights for us just in case. The condo is gorgeous. Just be prepared for lots of stairs! Overall the best experience!

Great vacation

We had an amazing stay at Dahlman. The house was technologically advanced for east of thermostat and safety. In and out of the facility extremely easy. The room for our family was more than enough. Cozy yet large at the same time.

Exceeded expectations!

After 6 years of hotel stays with three of our kids attending college in Omaha, we decided to try a Vrbo so we would had some space to relax and visit with each other during the busy graduation and move out weekend. The Dalhouse Vrbo knocked it out of the park for us! Totally exceeded our expectations!! The host responded very quickly and the place is exactly as listed. Very clean, well appointed and so cozy! We really enjoyed the rooftop patio for our morning coffee and during our afternoon break in actives around the city. We will definitely be checking in again!

Amazing Service and Stay

I booked this property through my travel agency profile on behalf of my client. I was upfront in the message to Amber that I would coordinate but not be the one staying. She was more than helpful and accomodating. I always had a response from her within 15 minutes or less. Forever a fan of Amber! My client said: My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful townhouse during our visit to Omaha. Let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! Here’s why: Comfy Beds: The beds were like sinking into a cloud after a day of exploring. We all slept soundly, and the cozy linens made it even better. Nice Kitchen: The kitchen was a true gem. It had everything needed to whip up a quick breakfast or prepare a full meal. The appliances were modern and there was ample countertop space. Centrally Located: This townhouse is a traveler’s dream with a central location to almost any attraction you wish to visit. Truly, the location couldn’t be better. Smart Lock Convenience: Checking in was a breeze with the smart lock system. No need to worry about keys; it’s all digital and secure. The townhouse is spacious yet cozy. We loved the fireplace! In addition, having a washer and dryer on hand was super convenient. Amber Spinello, the property owner, was attentive and very accommodating. In summary, if you’re looking for a home away from home in Omaha, this townhouse is a winner. My family and I hope to never stay anywhere else again when visiting Omaha. Thank you!

Wonderful property

The property was very clean and wonderful, as represented in the photos. Communication was great. Bedrooms were great. Plenty of room for a larger group. Close to downtown, the childrens museum, zoo, and a playground within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone who needs space, wants somewhere clean and new, and appreciates a great responsive owner. Thanks!
