    The Space:

    Cozy Living Space: Unwind in a well-designed living area that radiates comfort and relaxation. Furniture includes: Smart TV, couch, in unit washer and dryer!

    Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Lots of counter space, all new stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. Whether it's a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, cooking is a breeze!

    Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this apartment is only a short walk from University of Nebraska Medical Center, making it an excellent choice for medical professionals, patients, or family members needing easy access to healthcare services.



    Getting Around:

    Car is best for exploring the entire city, however there are public transportation stops close by.

    Within walking distance is groceries, pharmacies, restaurants and UNMC.



    Other Things to Note:

    There is a Laundry room in the basement floor with coin operated machines. The code to the laundry room door is 3100.



    The door into the building requires a key entry for the safety of our guests. There are lockboxes to the left of the entrance corresponding to your unit number. The Door Code provided will open the lock box to retrieve your key. Please keep this key with you for the duration of your stay. At check out, please return the key to the corresponding lockbox for the next guest. The Lock Code refers to your keypad that opens the lock on your individual apartment door.

A great get away. The location of the unit was perfect. Simple accommodations that was sleek and clean. Host was awesome and communicated with us as needed. Would definitely go back. Thanks.

Apartment very central to the city. Check in is involved with a lockbox outside to get a key for the outer door and then a keypad for your apartment door. The host explains it thoroughly. One small note, the lockboxes are attached directly to the wall to the right of the door but not right next to the door. Use your phone as a flashlight if you come after dark. The apartment is roomy. The kitchen is fully stocked. The air conditioner kept things nice and cool if a bit loud. The sheets were soft. The lights were bright which can be a problem in some spaces but not here. A few small things that make the stay less comfortable. The bathroom vanity is so small that you’ll keep everything in a closet outside of the bathroom (which incidentally is where you’ll find the soap and towels). The toilet paper is one ply so that’s a huge disappointment. The shower head is one setting and that is “spray needles”. The hot/cold is different on every sink in apartment 12. For the shower, the hot is on the right. For the bathroom sink, the hot is on the left. For the kitchen sink, the hot is back on the right. You’ll want to pay attention to which faucet you are using and remember where the hot is - unless you like surprises. The parking is free and we never had a problem but the spaces were full every morning when we left. You will have to back out to the street on leaving as the spaces are angled and tight. Chores upon leaving: move furniture back, take out trash and clean dishes.

Nice stay

This apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean and updated. The shower head was a little string and you need to position the curtain so water doesnt spray out. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. Plenty of room to "move in" for a few days Garden level us nice, does face parking lot however can close blinds for privacy. Nice fairly quiet building. Close to several resteraunts and entertaintment districts in Omaha. Would stay again, would recommend.
