We met here for the long holiday weekend … what a great base for everyone to operate out of! We used the complimentary pool passes and biked the trail at nearby Zorinsky Lake, and HyVee and Target were close for the extra things we forgot . Fireworks were … we didn’t need to leave to get an impressive show! Lovely home.

Multigenerational getaway

Excellent stay for our large family of different ages and interests. Location great for access to food and entertainment. Very close to Mahoney state park and it’s abundant activities. Kids did tree rush park that was awesome. Thanks for the stay!

Golf trip

Rented the whole house and appreciated having the passes to the pool. Great layout. We spent some time downstairs but didn’t use the bedrooms. The house could easily accommodate 10 adults. Appreciated having toys for our little ones!!

Trip to Omaha for a wedding

The house was very, very nice. Lisa has an eye for decorating and everyone felt very comfortable in the home. We had 7 adults and 5 teens/kids, there was plenty of room for us all and the basement had a lot to keep them busy. Lisa was very easy to work with, it had a well equipped kitchen and a very nice backyard. We would stay there again.

Making Memories with the Family

There was ample room for the 12 of us to play games, do puzzles, make crafts and cook recipes of family favorites. The young kids were busy with all the play toys downstairs. The kitchen was well supplied with all the equipment we needed. This was a perfect place for us.

Girls trip

We meet family for a girls weekend. Half from SW Nebraska and half from NE Iowa. 9 women and it was perfect sleeping arrangements. Very clean home and the communication with the owner was great. My only suggestion would be a hand rail at the front entry. We made it work though Thanks for helping us have a great time.

Best Stay Ever

Everything about this place was pure perfection. Lisa Lambert (the owner) has such an eye for attention to detail and gorgeous decorating. Every area of the home was warm and inviting. The whole place was incredible! We came to visit our daughter who is stationed at Offutt, and we brought our other daughter and her family with us. Our one-year-old grandson LOVED the downstairs and outdoor play areas, and the house was a very spacious home for the adults to relax and enjoy family time while he played with the provided toys. As a teacher, I give this house an A++! Thank you just isn’t enough!

A New Perspective About Omaha

When my daughter suggested for this years family vacation that we go to Omaha, NE, I was not in the least bit enthused. However, it was her choice and after looking at several prospects this was an acceptable location with the rest of our family. So, because being with our family is really what these trips are all about, it was fine by us. When we arrived, we were pleased to meet the owner, Lisa. She did what no other VRBO client had ever done for us; she personally gave us a tour of the home and explained the ins and outs about what we needed to know concerning our stay in her home. I appreciated this. Lisa is a kind, personable lady that cared about our stay there in Omaha. She was totally concerned about our comfort and as well about things to do in the area. Her home is totally a place where children could have fun with many things to do and play with. I must say that after taking, I think, 6 family vacations now, our stay in Omaha has been the very best. We had a wonderful time in a very beautiful, comfortable home. Thank you, Lisa!

Great home wish customer service was

No disappointments with the house however the AC went out on a 101 degree day, the house was 87 degrees at 10pm and our property owner wouldn’t answer her phone or texts, got locked out of the basement where it was cooler and the key pad didn’t work. My husband had to take the door off the hinges so we could get down there. The owner was apologetic but felt no obligation to offer a refund for that day. Said she would waive the cleaning fee on our next stay. This was after giving her 2 days to contact me , only after I contacted her did we discuss the situation. She said it was out of her control and felt no refund, not even half a nights rent was warranted and the fact that she turned her phone off and didn’t return our call until the next day seemed perfectly acceptable to her. Not my type of customer service

Family Christmas

Our extended family from Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and North Carolina enjoyed a wonderful gathering in Omaha. The home was perfect for our group and Lisa is a gem! We hope we are lucky enough to return to this “home base” for another family gathering in 2022!

Perfect for a family reunion

This was the first time we saw each other since before covid. There were 12 adults and 4 kids/infants. The house was perfect for us. Very nice accomodations. Great kitchen and family room. The home was close by to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a blessed time.

Great Place to Stay!

This house (and the house next door - because we rented both) were amazing for our family! We were in town for our daughter's wedding. Lisa was wonderful to work with! You won't be disappointed if you book either one of these houses. The decor is beautiful and there was nothing that we needed!
