Great property in a great location

Family was in Omaha for the zoo and downtown activities. It was very easy for us to get around and the townhome was just like the pictures showed.

Excellent location and quiet. Close to downtown. The use of the garage was also great. The host was easy to get in contact with and available to answer any of our questions. We highly recommend this place to stay while in Omaha.

Graduation trip

The home was perfect for our stay. Two parents and two grandparents came for graduation. It had plenty of space for our group. It is new and clean, and close to downtown. We definitely recommend it!

Girls trip

This condo was perfect! The location was close to lots of entertainment and shopping and the unit was comfortable for relaxing and visiting in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Reunion at the Dahlhouse

This property was perfect for three friends to reconnect. Amber communicated reliably from the first contact and we loved everything about the space, especially the three ensuite bedrooms.

Very nice

Great property central to lots of activities fun places to go. Was perfect for our visit to Omaha for a family wedding. Big plus are bathrooms in every bedroom made getting out the door on time a breeze. Very well stocked to cover your needs.

Great place for a girls weekend!

The house was just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and the check in/check out was super easy! I wish we would have known there wouldn’t be more coffee pods but we made it work. Would recommend this place and would stay here again!

You will love this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for my daughter's basketball tournament and this townhouse met our needs perfectly. The location was great. Amber provided quick responses when we reached out and was a pleasure to communicate with. If you stay here, I promise you WILL NOT be disappointed!! If we are ever in the Omaha area again, we will DEFINITELY stay at the Dahlhouse!!

Great experience!

We were in town for medical reasons. Amber was amazing to work with! The house was clean and comfortable (including beds). We were able to relax and enjoy being together in the midst of some uncertainty. When we found out we had to return for more testing, the decision was unanimous to stay at this property again. I highly recommend it!

Great Creighton Weekend Stay

Perfect central location for visiting Creighton University and all of the fun local shops and restaurants. The condo was exactly as described. Clean and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant and easy stay in Omaha. We took morning walks in the neighborhood and enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evening. The owner was delightful to work with. She was very accommodating. There were three of us staying in the condo and it was very nice to each have our own space - our own bedroom and bathroom. Lovely home.

Weekend Trip to Omaha

A quick weekend trip to Omaha. We really enjoyed the unit. It was as pictured and very clean and comfortable. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen had everything you could need. Especially appreciated the coffee and tea selections. As others have shared there are lots of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, this isn't the place to stay. Having a dedicated bath for every bedroom is a plus! The host was very responsive and great to work with. We loved the book with Omaha recommendations and enjoyed Fizzy's Fountain & Liquors and Railcar in west Omaha for brunch. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

This is a very nice up to date property that was as described. The check in process and communication with the property owner was outstanding. I would get a response from the owner within 5 min or less with any communication. Pros: clean, quiet, and comfortable. We liked having the availability of a garage with off street parking. The home is close to downtown which we also found a plus. Loved having a private bath for each bedroom. Cons: the only thing we noted was we could hear a train whistle rather early one morning. Note: this was not an issue for us however it is very important to know that there are a fair number of stairs. If one has severe mobility issues this property will be difficult to get around in.

Visiting friends

Recently went to Omaha for my first trip back in 20-ish+ years to visit a few friends I hadn't seen in as long. I was slightly hesitant booking just because there were a couple reviews, but being a Midwestern gal (who hails from the home of midwest hospitality) and who loves the coast and the blue waters, it kept pulling me in due to the decor with the coastal-ish nods. That hesitancy didn't last once I got to the home and did my arrival check. The rooftop porch was a nice add to sit outside and get some fresh air while looking out across the way. Everything the owner states in the listing and the pictures showing the home are spot on. Access and check-in was a cinch, and the home was very clean and smelled fresh - no overwhelming scents for those who may be sensitive. The stairs are no joke. I did get a lil vertigo if I went up and down them quickly a couple times in a row if I forgot something, because it is a tighter staircase - it's just the way they were constructed. Also, being that I last minute had to travel solo due to a schedule conflict for the other person, I did feel safe in the home and the neighborhood - which is always a priority. Communication with Amber was always a breeze and timely replies were received. It is clear that she takes this seriously and does her best to put her guests comfort and needs as a priority. I hope I get to make a return trip in the near future so I can re-book!
