Fantastic place! Clean and very nicely, recently renovated. Beds were comfortable. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots, pans, and spices you could possibly need. Conveniently close to palisades and the free Mountaineer, door to door, on demand, shuttle was a nice bonus. One of our best VRBO experiences and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family ski cabin

We enjoyed a lovely ski weekend with our adult kids. This charming cabin had all the right amenities and space for our family ski weekend. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The living room was large enough for all of us, perfect for playing card games. The kitchen is a two-person kitchen but well-appointed. There is a full flight of stairs to access living area so the ground level mud-room was helpful and perfect for skis and boots. The location is great for a short drive to palisades and the driveway was easy (flat in). Our family will definitely be back.

Magical Mountain Oasis

We loved the property and how well it was organized, especially the kitchen. We ate and prepped all our meals there! Showers were clean and water flow was excellent. Easy access to technology needs. One critic, my husband and I both hit our shins on the master bedroom bed. Maybe a few safety lights would help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our adult children. Hikes access was convenient too!

Amazing, comfortable, relaxing

My family and I had a wonderful time and would 100% stay again! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for two couples and one toddler. I loved the set up of the space with the bedrooms down the hall from the living space. The living area was spacious and there were so many thoughtful details like plenty of hooks to hang/dry coats along the rail. The kitchen was beyond well stocked, every cooking pan, dish, utensil, and gadget you could possibly use is there. It clearly was recently updated and gorgeous and comfortable. The location cannot be beat either - quiet and right near Palisades. The property management was very communicative and made sure we were safe and ok during the big snow storm that came during our time there. I can’t say enough good things. A top memory of our vacation and we would stay again!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and we really liked the cabin. Clearly loved and cared for, and furnished and decorated with that love and care. It felt incredibly homey from beginning to end. It was perfect and had everything we needed. Hope to stay there again in the future. : )

Great Location

A beautiful cabin in Olympic Valley. Short drive to the Palisades, Truckee and Tahoe City. The cabin was very clean and recently renovated. The only thing to note: the rental did not have paper towels or coffee. I found this odd for the price paid. Other than that, a great stay and a beautiful cabin!

Perfectly stocked, Wonderful Property.

We needed a place to stay and recover from the Tahoe 200 endurance run. This was the perfect place. No detail was spared in the lovely renovated house. Perfectly stocked kitchen with every appliance, utensil, storage container, pots/pans, spices etc that one would need. Great washer/dryer for all our running gear. Top of the line TV, fireplace, sofa, chairs etc for lounging and recovering. I cant say enough great things! Nice big deck. It would nice if the deck was upgraded like the house, with added outdoor furniture.

Nice home

We stayed here for the Western States Endurance Run and it was very close to the start. The house is clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you need. Kitchen has an abundance of cooking appliances and dishes.

Exactly as advertised with extras

I rarely leave a review but this place had the things that others do not. This includes those little things you do not think about like zip lock bags, a charging station with various types of cords, dishwasher soap and shampoo, conditioner, body wash. It was just renovated and the kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances and tools you need, the deck is HUGE and I like how it is at the end of a court and quiet. No garage, but the car port worked great. Also, what you get for the price is very fair in comparison to other properties and what they provide. We will be staying here again!

Olympic Valley Ski Weekend

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. The house was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. There were many thoughtful amenities throughout the house (well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with toiletries to make our stay comfortable). The home is beautifully updated. Our family loved the proximity of the house to Palisades, set in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the ease of taking the ski shuttle to the Palisades village, snuggling in the front room by the fireplace and taking a walk in the neighborhood at the end of the day. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Close Proximity to Palisades

We had an enjoyable stay at the house. It's spacious, comfortable and well-stocked. The house wasn't fully prepped and cleaned for our arrival but we were informed ahead of time. We love the close proximity to Palisades.
