The location is good, but the management could be better.
I don't recommend it at all. It was the worst stay in my whole life.
It is not like any hotel that I have been before. The customer service is terrible, the room dark and not very clean—crowded and noisy corridor. The hotel is used mainly for some seminar services, so sometimes the hall is crowded, and people talk late at night. I could not sleep until late and woke up again early in the morning. The hotel has multiple connected buildings, and there is no control on the inside area as you expect from a hotel. The corridor is like a public street. You would see anybody with their pet walking, talking and running.
In the reservation process, they show the EV charge station for a NO-Tesla car. Still, I didn't believe it because they have only one for all these large hotels and the two days I was there, someone parked in the stall and did not move the car. When I went to the front desk to find a way to charge my car, they told me they didn't have any limitation for the time used in this parking, so they could not do anything about that. They could not find out whether the car belonged to the hotel guest because they didn't register the guest's car! So don't count on that—no regulation or responsible person will be found there.
