Guests will have access to the designated 1.46 acre private land of the home during their stay. Please refer to the listing details and house rules for information about parking, outdoor spaces, the waterfront, kayak and grill/smoker usage.

Please review the house rules and check-in instructions before arrival. Use the kayaks responsibly and follow all applicable water-safety guidelines. Children should be supervised near the lake and any waterfront structures. Please follow the posted instructions for the BBQ and meat smoker, and clean up outdoor cooking areas after use.
