"We liked the location of the home, it’s walkable. We have two small dogs and we walked them over the 4th street bridge into Olympia and around them neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable but the kitchen could use some newer utensils and a perhaps a water filter pitcher. We also would have appreciated some items like aluminum foil or plastic bags to store food items in the fridge. "We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs and cheaper than hotel for 4 adults. However, the AC is only a portable Costco unit and works well in the living room only. The downstairs and bedrooms have no working AC, usually in WA not a problem but, it was warm during our stay. "I Booked 2 nights and unfortunately they were only able to give me 1 night due to double booking. I didnt receive any check in instructions the time of booking and when it was time to check in. I didnt receive my refund when the host told me that they would refund me but overall the room was good. The communication was alright. It was off and on but the price for the booking was good."

"Property was off the road adding security. Vast lawn and area for dogs.. Room was clean and the decor was themed for area making it very comfy. We did have an issue checking in along with another couple. The codes given for the door did not work. I was able to get to a lock box to retrieve my physical key, The other couple unfortunately was on hold for over an hour trying to get assistance as there is no staff presence at checkin. Overall if we return we would book again. We had a great stay."

"We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very communicative with arrival/check-in information. They responded very quickly to any questions. I grew up in Tacoma so I was very familiar with the area. For those who aren’t, rental is located in a quiet area on the North-end, close to waterfront, restaurants/stores, and easy access to the freeway. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely check for availability when I travel back to Tacoma."
