"The house was clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable. The house was well stocked. The hot water was out one morning, but the host had it corrected within an hour. There's a side door that can be closed off, we didn't even know he was there. Very responsive and kind! There's only one bathroom, which was a small inconvenience. But this was a great place for us and our two boys. "

We enjoyed proximity to downtown, convention center, baseball park, and great bars like “Crafted” which we highly recommend, we held events there for Super Computing trade show. The best breakfast in St.Louis is a 3 min walk for the house “Have A Cow Cattle Co. Cafe and Urban Farm Store”. House was a 10/10. Everyone in our group said we need to rent this house the next time we are in St.Louis. "

"It’s an older house, so you are dealing with creaky floors and such, which is ok. The floors were really dirty/sticky so we had to clean. There were also virtually no pots/pans that weren’t old/rusted/flaking. The owner was apologetic, reimbursed us for our time cleaning and pots/pans we had to buy. It needs a better selection of cooking things, so hopefully that gets adddress so families can stay there. "

"This home was perfect for our short stay in St. Louis. The space was adequate for a small dinner with friends and provided plenty of space for us to socialize, play games, and relax. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were clean and spacious. The host responded timely and answered all of our questions. The floors were a little questionable as far as cleanliness goes but did not take away from us being able to enjoy ourselves. We will definitely book again when in the area. "
