This traditional beach cottage is literally 150 feet from the popular Walnut Street beach entrance putting you right in the center of this expansive 7-mile stretch of sandy rock-free beach. This traditional beach house is a roomy 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom 2 story house that comfortably accommodates 6-8 people. A classic beach house inside and out with bright white walls and pastel colored beach furniture and decor that immediately signals you have arrived for a summer beach experience.

On the first floor you'll find a newly renovated kitchen (2022) a separate dining area (seats 6) and a good-size comfy living/family room and full bathroom (shower stall only). Upstairs are three bedrooms - 2 bedrooms each offering a full size bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk beds (full size bottom bunk twin upper bunk) and a full bath with tub-shower combo. Generous wrap-around porch with chairs and table provides a nice spot for morning coffee afternoon iced tea or a nice cold beer after a day at the beach. And speaking of the beach you can walk there in 30 seconds! Parking for 2 moderate-sized cars. Plenty of ceiling and box Fans in all rooms no AC but generally that's not a problem.
