Beautiful location right on the beach. I have beautiful pictures of the sunset and sunrise. Location was central to other places that we visited. We loved the town which we walked to every day. The condo had everything we needed.

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

This condo was everything we needed for our stay. The balcony and views were amazing. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Melanie was responsive and wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

Perfect for sisters getaway

The four of us were looking for a rental directly on the beach with no need to deal with parking, etc.. We also love Old Orchard because we love to take long walks on the beach. this property is even more beautiful than the pictures. It’s light and airy and the large mirrors reflect the ocean throughout the space. It had everything we needed and we’re looking forward to returning here next year.

Great proximity and access to beach!

The location provides FANTASTIC acess to the beach. Inside the condo has a wonderful view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the condos/hotels surrounding us were occupied by loud tenants. Plus, a train runs through the area, so it got very loud at night making it difficult to sleep.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient location!!

The unit is very clean. Bravo to the cleaning service. Well kept. Comfortable. Walking distance to pier and all the entertainment. Parking for 2 cars for the unit itself. There are push carts in the lobby so that you can take all your stuff up in one load.... Great view. Portland is 1/2 hour north with lots to see and great shopping!!! Unique stores! And the Portland head light lighthouse. Two suggestions to host: Get rid of rug in master and add more hooks or towel bars in both bath rooms. There is nothing "scary" about this unit. Book it!

Perfect location

The condo was as described. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Melanie was very helpful for additional parking when my daughter came for the day. She responded very quickly. The view was awesome for watching the sunrise and the beach. I brought my parents and they stayed on the deck all weekend. We had a wonderful time and hope to go again.

Wonderful Condo close to beach and downtown

Wonderful spot! This was our second year back and we loved it even more this year. It was perfect for our family of 4 including my 2 small children. The proximity to the beach is totally worth it with the kids. Easy walk to downtown area with lots of things to do yet the condo itself is very quiet. Would love to come back for a 3rd year!

Great stay

It was our first time in OOB and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of this condo is perfect, right on the beach with a very short walk out the parking lot to the sand and a great ocean view from the balcony. It's also super close and walkable to the pier, grocery store, stores and restaurants in town. We ventured out to Kennebunkport, Portland, Freeport and even to Acadia during our stay, all doable from OOB. The no AC could have been problematic but our weather was great thankfully. The only potential con is that there is an Amtrak train that runs through town all day and the middle of the night and is very loud and close by. Overall a great stay!

Such a wonderful stay

This property really went above and beyond! The place was spacious, everything was in great shape, and it was so convenient. The beachfront location made getting to and from the water easy, it was walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment, and it is perfectly located for day trips to Portland, Freeport, and Kennebunkport, among other places. A huge thanks to the owners for maintaining such a nice beachside destination. We would absolutely rent this condo in the future.

Very clean, plenty of room, nice ocean view, overall well worth it. Negatives would be the master bdr mattress is very low quality and uncomfortable, someone would take our designated parking spot daily, and other tentants in the building made use feel uneasy.

Overall Awesome!

This condo was in a perfect location for us as we needed to travel both north and south along the coast. The property was very clean, which made us feel safe and comfortable. The location right on the beach made it easy for that sunrise beach walk The sunrise can also be viewed from the Livingroom and balcony! Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided.

Short stay at Old Orchard Beach

Very much enjoyed our short stay at OOB. Condo was clean and as pictured. Check in was easy. Found the accommodations to be tastefully decorated and relaxing. Building was quiet and close enough to the pier to walk to shops etc. I would just note to anyone considering staying, this unit does not have AC. But I found the ocean breeze does flow through unit nicely. Owner also supplied fans. I would definitely rent it again.
