"The house was nice and in a good location with plenty of parking. Only one thing I can think of to consider if you’re thinking of staying- The 3rd bedroom that advertised 2 twin beds was a really small room with one twin bed on a bed frame and the other was a twin mattress up against the wall. There was a cot frame for that mattress and the mattress was comfortable but if it was also down and set up no one could really get out of the beds without stepping on the other mattress. "While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host. "

"We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had an awesome time. You can tell it has been updated recently and they did a fantastic job. Very clean and super cute. "Very cute and clean apartment with dedicated parking space on the property. We walked to the beach multiple times because it was an easy walk and close by, as well as Palace Playland. The apartment had everything we needed and a lot of towels, which was great. We would recommend to our friends and family. "
