"xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain."

"AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you"

"It was our first time ever experiencing Glamping and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to do it than Green Haven. My wife, our little Chorkie and I were staying in Barn Owl and it was perfect. We were actually around 40 minutes early for our check-in at 2pm but Keeley and Glen made us feel so welcome, like long lost friends, we immediately felt at home. "We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"An immaculate property ..very well equipped … very comfortable .This property is in a beautiful setting looking out across a wild flower meadow and open countryside .It has a large well enclosed garden which was perfect for my little dog ..very safe .Plenty of parking too.To top it all I met Sarah the very lovely host .. all in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay ..hope to return "

"Bank holiday weekend away with 12 adults, 7 children and 2 dogs.Each cottage was clean and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom equipment. The bedrooms were all of a good size and there was plenty of communal space with a dining table and sofas in each.The pool was clean and the hot tub was a hit! There was plenty of land to excercise the dogs and the children!!The hosts were accommodating without being overbearing. All in all a great break had by all and I would recommend highly"

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them.
