Villa Fiore: wide garden, next to the sea and village

Villa Fiore (1135 m2) is divided in three floors, interconnected by wooden stairs, and it has a wide garden that offers an amazing view over the sea and the surrounding mountains.
All the rooms are provided with air conditioning, all the bathrooms with radiators for cooler seasons.
Ground floor:
-one bedroom with a double bed, one room with two single beds;
-one bathroom with toilet, shower, lavabo and bidet;
-a living room with a dining space (table for minimum eight people) and a side dedicated to a large sofa and tv;
-an open kitchen with fridge/freezer, little microonde, oven, dishwasher, cooktop, water boiler.
Upper floor:
-two bedrooms with double beds;
-one bathroom with shower, toilet, lavabo and bidet.
Underground:
-one room with a single bed and one more single bed (extractable from the first one);
-one bathroom with toilet and lavabo;
-one room for a washing macine, a little fridge and a freezer;
-an utility room and storage closet.
External space:
the garden is extremely wide, divided in:
-a peninsula with an automatic sunblind to protect our guests from hot hours, with a circular table and armchairs, that shows the horizon;
-a big flowerbed with a high palm;
-a green space;
-a big dining table with armchairs (8 people);
-a stage for a ping-pong table and a table football;
-a separated area with an external shower;
-two parking places.

Guest access

The propriety is at complete disposal of our guests. It is located in a residential street, where silence and respect are generally observed.

Interaction with guests

A lady resident in the village (Key Holder) has the task of receiving the Customers, accompany them to the Villa and assist them, if necessary, during their stay.

Other things to note

Villa Fiore is only 3.5 km from the center of San Pantaleo, 1.5 km from the sea. The village is inhabited all year round and offers all the main useful services: grocery, pharmacy, post office, ATM, fuel station, newspapers, cafes, hotels, restaurants, pizzerias and a popular weekly craft market.
It is 20 km from Olbia, main town of the area (commercial port and international airport) and 14 km from Arzachena, another town with large services.
