An oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation in nature just a few minutes from the beaches and the most famous places on the Costa Smeralda.
Wooden ceilings with exposed beams, terracotta floors, furnishings in warm earth tones and views of the countryside make the Dependance a peaceful place where you will want to stop.
The panoramic swimming pool is surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees.

The Dependance has 1 cozy double bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom, utility room with washing machine, a fully equipped open kitchen, a comfortable and bright living area complete with a 140x190 sofa bed and a pleasant veranda where you can dine or enjoy an aperitif admiring the suggestive landscape. There is air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets on each window, 30mbps wi-fi connection and private parking.
The use of the swimming pool is shared with the guests of the other house in the land.


WARNINGS
The Villa / Dependance stands in a country land where you can find rough, rocky areas, stone stairs, plants and irregular rocks. Maximum attention is required.

There are two houses and the pool area is shared with all guests on the properties.

The green requires periodic maintenance so even noisy gardening equipment will be used.

On the property live Charlie and Dobby two very good dogs, sweet and playful, they are used to living all over the property. The Dependance is not suitable for those who do not like dogs. In any case, it will be our care to limit their disturbance as much as possible.

To maintain the tranquillity of the place it is forbidden to make too much noise, to party.

It is strictly forbidden to bring strangers into the property who are not part of the booking.
