"Les escribí un mail ayer al q aún no me han respondido.Me cargaron en mi habitación los gastos de la cena de otra habitación, junto al minibar.Tampoco aparecían los precios del mismo, por unos cacahuetes,pistachos, zumo y agua me cobraron 23€.Nos dijeron q la recepción abría a las 06:00 y esperando hasta las 06:10 no vino nadie,no pudimos hacer el checkout y me cobraron a mi todo porque no le pidieron tarjeta de crédito al huésped de la otra habitación q viajaba conmigo. Lo q más me ha molestado...

"The house has a great view and is nice. Some rooms had non-functioning air conditioning. Windows had no screens so insects were an issue. One bathroom shower head did not work well (poor spray and holder was not tight). Overall cabinetry, fixtures and decor was dated. Still a beautiful location and view."

"Very nice traditional hotel with superb views over Bitti and the mountains. Restaurant good quality and only real restaurant in Bitti (walking distance). Bitti itself is a pleasant, but unremarkable village with lots of interesting and steep back streets. Good stop over for a few days if exploring Sardinia "
