Caletta 10 is located on one level: the entrance leads to the living room and the small kitchenette equipped with cooktop and fridge/freezer. The living area includes a dining table that can also be used as a laptop workspace. A sliding window gives access to the covered veranda with table and sea view over the Gulf of Cugnana and the surrounding greenery. From the living room, a hallway leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; the bathroom is equipped with a shower. Near the entrance, there is a reed-covered area with a reserved parking spot. Access to the tennis court and the shared swimming pool is reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex.

The covered veranda is ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation, offering panoramic views of the sea and the lush Mediterranean vegetation. Outside, there is a reserved covered parking space. The rocky beach within the residence is just a short walk away. A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
