Super sized place with a family home, We stayed for a weekend and loved all the bedrooms. The living spaces have everything to hang out for games and multiple big screen tvs. The yards is relaxing and open. Danya the host was very quick to respond and help. Made this trip a success from start the finish

Family vacay!

Our family had a great time- the kids enjoyed the small house out back! Great yard for play! The number of beds was amazing and they were very comfy! Missed that there was only 1 bathroom upstairs for 4 bedrooms. We also had seen a picture showing an outside grill - but new pics showed no grill- it would have been nice to have a grill. Overall it was a good place to stay!

Great for larger group

My family gathered from 5 states at Dayna's. The house was very comfortable for our family reunion. We used the house as a landing pad for local activities. We never felt crowded due to the multiple living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Family event

A large part of my family stayed at this home to attend a graduation. The home is beautiful,very spacious and located in a nice area. It was also fully stocked with linen and hygiene products in case anyone may have forgotten anything. The host was super nice and communicated with us throughout our stay. Definitely a 5/5 experience.

Perfect for large families

We had 10 adults and 11 kids ranging in age from 10 months to 14 years, and this house fit all of us very well. The kids loved having their very own "clubhouse" in the backyard and didn't want to leave the "mansion" when our trip was over. 😊 Danya was very quick to respond to messages and flexible with us. My only real complaint was the absence of a few kitchen items that I hoped would be there - whisk, full set of measuring cups, normal size mixing bowl. But we were still able to use other tools to accomplish what we needed to. She did have disposable baking pans in a variety of sizes waiting for us and a delicious bundt cake, so that was very nice. If our family ever decides to meet in KC again, I would definitely consider staying in this house a second time.

Low-cost, high-fun

For groups of 10 or more, like ours, it was by far the most convenient and inexpensive thing for our weekend. On top of that the house was great! Very nice accommodations. Plenty of room. And, an attentive renter. Unbeknownst to me, our internet went out our first night, Danya messaged before I even knew and offered to have someone over first thing in the morning. Luckily someone in our group was able to fix without a problem, but it was great to know we had a renter that cared. All 12 of us were raving about the experience the morning we left.

Fantastic place and host!

Danya was a fantastic host and the house was amazing as well. The house was fully stocked with paper products, kitchen utensils, dishes, plenty of extra towels and linens, and even came with extra toiletries as well! Danya herself could not have been more thoughtful. We rented the place for a family get together in honor of my mom's 60th birthday, and there was a beautiful pumpkin cake awaiting us in the refrigerator. The location was fantastic for us and the neighborhood was easy to find and quiet and peaceful. We ultimately had 10 ladies staying together, and we had plenty of space to get fancy for an evening at the opera. We we all so impressed with the quality of care that went into prepping the house for visitors.

Our families met for a reunion with kids of all ages. Perfect backyard space..safe without deck steps to fall down. Enough room but easy to keep an eye on kids. Even had the bug spray we had forgotten! Would stay again!!

Be aware you will be under video surveillance and required to do laundry for $430/night.

Nice place but there are things they don’t tell you. I rented this place so all the family could stay together to celebrate my son’s wedding. There was an extreme damper put on the stay. 1. You are under video surveillance. They claim it’s for your “safety” but the 6 houses north and south don’t have cameras. How I found out: My sister, a combat veteran, who enlisted during Vietnam and saw on the ground action in Somalia (black hawk down), Panama, the Gulf War, and several other lesser known skirmishes, has a therapy dog. This is an 8lb dachshund . I didn’t know she was bringing it. But I was sent a video of my brother-in-law and the dog telling me I was going to be charged an extra large sum for this 8lb pooch. I let the property manager know this was a service animal. I had to provide them proof my sister is a disabled by sending them the registration of the service animal to my sister. Not quite sure that being required to show proof of disability is legal. In addition to this, I was required to check out early so they could “deep clean” the 8lb dog mess? Wow. 2. Got notified I had to take down the back yard furniture due to storms coming in or get charged for damage. For the cost charged/night, I don’t think that was my problem but I did it anyway. 3. The place is advertised as sleeping 24.....what they don’t tell you until after you book and pay is that you need special permission for more than 14. 4.. in addition to the house rules advertised on line, when you get to the house, there is an additional book of rules at the house. 5. Also, you are required to do the house’s laundry before you leave; you would think that would be included in the rental. This is one of the additional rules contained in the book you find at the house. Keep in mind I was also required to run my family off and leave early too. 6. Master bed room door hinge was loose so the door stuck - I fixed it for them. This stay could have been a good one to celebrate my son’s wedding but the property management put an extreme damper on it. There were also some strange protrusions through the ceiling in some of the bedrooms——not sure if we were being videoed there too.

They thought of everything!

From the beginning to the end, the property managers were delightful, responsive, and thought of EVERYTHING. The house was perfect for our needs, and it is laid out brilliantly for multiple families. The game room and media room in the basement are nicely appointed and the kids/teens enjoyed having their own space. The 2 living/common areas are located on either side of the kitchen. I point this out because when you have 11+ people in a house it can often feel tight. But this was NOT the case with this house. Everyone had good personal space to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed for all that we needed, and we loved making big family meals. It gets a little warm in the kitchen during the summer, but otherwise -- we had everything we needed. The back patio has 2 big tables with umbrellas, and we enjoyed sitting outside. The yard is well maintained. Each bathroom had amenities in the event we forgot something -- which was a nice touch. Thank you to the property managers for thinking of everything! We would definitely come back!
