What I liked the least were the eating options in the hotel. Costs were absolutely exhorbitant, and it was not easy to go out and eat elsewhere. The hotel itself is quite a bit run down, even the elevators have condensation dropping from the ceiling. A Hilton should do better.

Les équipes du STARLAND n'ont visiblement pas compris comment fonctionne une plate-forme de réservation en ligne. Malgré une reservation payée et confirmée sur Hotels.com, ils continuaient de m'expliquer que ma réservation n etait pas garantie...

The staff were courteous, proactive and very helpful. The quality and standard of the hotel room and other facilities were very high. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless.
