Nice place to stay in the heart of OKC

I stayed at this location for about 3mo. Lots of good to say about the quiet and ease for one person to manage apt. There are a couple things to consider when reserving. First, the drive is very narrow, so if you have an SUV I suggest entering off Classen. Second, the access off the 2nd floor deck is really nice, but bring your own chairs if you want to sit outside. 3rd, the shower is pretty small. I’m a slim guy, so it worked, but if your waist is much bigger than 30” and you’re taller than 6’, it’s a tight fit. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are a single person coming into town for work. I enjoyed the stay. Many thanks to Omegbnb. Nice job with the support!

Disappointing-Should not be listed as a Premier Host

I was very disappointed in the overall condition of this property. On the surface it looked presentable. Pictures are deceiving. Upon arrival there was an odor that was not pleasant. I had to purchase Glade Plug-ins for this. There was no dresser for clothing. Nothing with drawers at all. The closet had no hangers even. I will say that when I emailed about that the property manager sent some, but that should be a given. There were four sets of window blinds that were torn and broken. Again the property manager replaced three of the four while I was there, but I should have never arrived to find it in that condition. The smoke alarm was down in the bedroom and the toilet paper roll holder off the wall. The property manager did put the toilet paper holder back but never did the smoke detector. There were remnants of party decorations hanging from the ceiling in the foyer. The kitchen sink did not have hot water and the faucet leaked. The wall above the shower head had holes and chips in it. The bedroom air conditioner never cooled well making the bedroom too warm for my comfort even with the ceiling fan going. I messaged the property manager who said they would have someone check it but nothing was done to correct the issue. There was extra bed linens but the fitted sheet did not fit and there were no extra pillow cases. I could go on, but think that paints a good picture. I have photos if needed. Please let me know. I just don’t think this is a “Premier Host” property.

Nice Place...Good Neighborhood

Check in was easy. The house was located in an older neighborhood, but everything was remodeled and looked new and updated. It was quiet. Neighbors were pleasant. And it was in a good location for the meetings I attended at a Bible College in the area. Dennis was good at communicating with me throughout the week. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

amazing stay at a comfortable, clean space

I had a great & enjoyable time on my month-long stay. The apartment suited all my needs and comes equipped with necessities for a short term stay (internet, kitchenware, laundry, beddings etc). There's a desk that could be used as a workstation as well. Its located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking space at the back that's secluded from the street. The host, (Dennis) ensured he provided everything needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible & responded promptly to my messages. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay

This is a older home made into apartments & it's very beautiful with hardwood floors & simple & colorful ocean themed decor. Very roomy & restaurants & highway access nearby. The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking there but I didn't. Owner Dennis is super responsive & pleasant to deal with. Like old houses it has stairs that are creaky! I needed a quiet place to study & it was perfect! Helped with directions & recommendations since I don't live here. Bed is soft & supercomfortatable, clean, with different pillow textures. No tub, shower only. I'd stay there again for sure .

Hidden Away & In the Middle

This is a great apartment that is close to a lot of dining and amenities, yet removed in a great neighborhood with a lot of beautiful homes. The unit was well furnished and comfortable and made our time in OKC a blast!
