Place was clean and check in process was fine. If you want communication beyond getting checked in good luck. The fire alarm went off during the night and stayed on until the next morning when I had to call the fire department after leaving a voicemail and email for the host and VRBO to get back with me by phone. I got the fire department to turn off the alarm and then VRBO sent me an email 7 hours after I contacted them saying the host was on her way to handle. I had fixed the issues 6 hours before that. I still haven’t heard anything from the host since I left 4 days ago. No, sorry for your troubles or thank you for handling the alarm, I am sure all the other residence in the complex who didn’t know how to call the fire department appreciate it. You get what you pay for.
