Easy check in . Place needs a deep clean , needs new pots and pans , the shampoo dispenser looks like the stuff’s been in there for years. Wife had to clean the fridge , bathroom and rewashed the bed blankets , place had a weird smell like urine . And a live rodent was in the kitchen . We wouldn’t stay here again . Giving a 3 star when most would do 2 . I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this one need to happen . Hoping owner takes care of the place better .

Cute small place to stay

Very affordable for a cute small house. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. My girls got to sleep on their own beds. The property was close to a lot of amenities.

Really Cute Bungalow

We rented the property while visiting my husband’s family in the Choctaw/Midwest City/OKC area. The location is super convenient, and we were really happy with the property considering the price point. It’s nicely decorated, and it feels homey. The king bed in the master was very comfortable, which was a huge plus for my husband and I. My boys each had their own room, which was another plus. My biggest complaint is that the kitchen is not well stocked, which really limited what we could cook. There’s minimal pots and no pans. There were only two cookie sheets. No real cutting boards that I could locate and the knife set was very dull which made cutting/chopping very difficult. As an owner of a short term rental property myself and knowing you can’t please everybody, I am not dinging my rating for this, but I did want to note it for possible improvement in the future. The shower liner was also in need of replacement, and I noted that the property could use a deep cleaning to get to things like baseboards and window sills that don’t get cleaned on a regular maintenance cleaning. Overall the property was very clean, so I’m not really dinging the rating much for these things I noted. We really enjoyed our stay annd were very pleased with the property and will look to stay here again in the future.

Softball tournament

This little place was great for us, as we were playing in a softball tournament close by. We didn’t get to spend much time, long enough to shower and sleep, but it was a perfect, cozy little place.

Tinker Air Show at Tinker AFB

My son and I were in town for the air show. The property is in the same neighborhood as the AFB so the location was super convenient. We went to downtown OKC for dinner twice, and shopped at Bass Pro. Very easy access and a fun city. The property is a single family home located in a nice family neighborhood with convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. The house is small, welcoming, and extremely comfortable. Shaded patio in the back and private back yard. The host was kind and accommodating. I hope to come back soon!

Amazing stay!

The home was clean and very cute. Beds we very comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. The host was very responsive, kind and thoughtful right down to reminding us of the storm cellar and bad weather coming in.

House was very clean and neighbor was quiet. Right by a church and close to the freeway made it east to get to where I needed to go. Plus it has a storm shelter just in case :)

Clean and quiet

A little curb appeal would be a plus. Once inside the house was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and perfect for our stay. The toilet ran continuously so that was the only complaint. Couldn’t start bedding.. no detergent. The location was perfect for dining and shopping.

Great house and great value

House exactly like the pictures. Towels and sheets soft. King and double beds very comfortable. House was clean. Close to restaurants and shops. Neighborhood not the greatest but we felt safe and it was quiet. Host was attentive. We would stay again.

Location, Location, Location

This 3 bedroom house is less than 5 minutes away from a huge shopping center with 20 plus popular stores to buy just about everything. An awesome selection of restaurants just minutes away as well. We will stay here again and again when we return.
