Wonderful house, it was spacious and not what the area suggests the house would be. The neighbor to the East is "alot" ...do not park anywhere near her home. Other than that loved to layout and decor will for sure book again

Great beds and bathrooms, big kitchen nice washer dryer. Nice to have a fenced back yard. Very close to fairgrounds! Loced habing driveway to park in.

Great facility, communication and check in/out. We noticed mention of barking dogs etc in other reviews but found the neighborhood to be quiet. Not big problems for us, but worthy of mention, if mobility is an issue the floors are very uneven likely due to foundation settling. Also it will accommodate 8 easily with 4 queen beds but only 4 towels were available & limited toilet tussue supply. Washer& dryer were excellent so we bought additional towels to use while there. If a rental of this size were needed in the future this would definitely be a consideration for us!

This was a nice property and well-located for our needs. My only comment (that the owners could not control) was that the neighborhood dogs could be a bit loud during the night. We were not there during the daytime hours, so I cannot speak to that time period. We will stay again if possible.

I stayed here with my 3 brothers,the place is comfy, close to everything, exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, the living room spacious, it was great having 2 and 1/2 bathrooms,made getting ready for the day easier, if you are looking for a nice place close to everything,this is for you. My family enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

All in all it was a good experience. The place has been recently remodeled and was very clean and nice. The surrounding neighborhood isn't its best asset but it wasn't a bad stay. Several dogs the neighbors have that barked all night but that could happen anywhere. If there's any elderly staying be careful on the lower floor as its unlevel so if you get up late at night just be aware of it or it may throw you off balance. We would recommend some lamps in the living area. The overhead lighting is nice but not at night if you want to sit in there and visit because they're very bright. We replaced some bulbs as well so the next guests will be good. We would also recommend a couple more tv's. With a rental this size, not everyone is going to want to watch the same tv show. There's only one tv there. The back yard was very nice and roomy so if you have a pet its perfect for that. Overall, it is a nice place to stay, we have stayed in hotels that were worse. If not for the unlevel floor, neighbors dogs and tvs we would've given a 5 star rating. Management was easing to deal with and contact. They check in on you via email which was nice.

My friends and I were in the city for my bachelorette weekend, and this house was the perfect size for us. The neighborhood made me a little nervous since we were a group of all young girls, but we didn’t have any problems. We visited a lot of different areas and the house was very close to everything so we really enjoyed that! The only real complaint we had was the beds were very very firm, but other than that we had a good stay!

Home interior was fabulous! tempurpedic beds were comfortable! Everyone had their own space, room are very large! Kitchen items were a little sparse. No spices, Tupperware, ziplock bags, aluminum foil. Just a basic set of pots and pans. Spent two weeks there and it was nice to have the space and feel of a house as opposed to a hotel! Great communication with host!

Love this style of home in OKC. Dennis has upgraded it with new appliances and AC. the back yard is nicely fenced in and is large. Neighbors were neighborly.
