Had an incredible time in OKC and this property was right in the heart of it all! It made getting around very easy and it was nice being able to "come home" in between outings. Excellent communication from the property owners as well!! I would definitely come back!

The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood and it had a designated space for parking. The location felt and it was around a 10 min drive to Bricktown and other nice areas. Easy check in and check out process.

The only thing I didn't like is that I had to leave! Such a cute little space for one; I felt safe inside and out, the neighborhood was perfect for my daily run/walk, with many beautiful historic brick homes. It was clean, exactly as pictured and communication with the host was great. I hope I can go back someday!

It was very clean, a nice location, and the hosts were in contact constantly. They were very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Wi-Fi was kind of slow, but it didn’t really matter. We still got to enjoy it a movie!! My only complaint is that there wasn’t a curtain covering the huge window directly by the bed. The street light at night is bright through the window and the sun lights up the whole room as soon as it rises. Other than that, it was great and beautiful little place. Would definitely stay again!!!

Staying here at this property was delightful. The host is very helpful. Everything was clean and enjoyably. I really enjoyed the stay I felt safe and comfortable. Very quick drive to downtown as well. Definitely will be staying again!

We were visiting OKC due to my boyfriends child having surgery. This unit was super close to the hospital and allowed us to walk instead of having. To deal with the nightmare that is parking. It was wonderful. It was also super close to bricktown which is a gorgeous party for the city. There was a very good bbq Resturante just around the corner from the unit as well. The location of this is prime for a hospital stay when you aren’t able to actually stay in The patients room. The unit was clean and welcoming would stay again if we are needed back at the hospital.

I ran the OKC this past weekend, this was a perfect stay. I really liked it because it was very close and the neighborhood was perfect for we to get in a run the day before. Just few things that I did not like. The bed was not comfortable and it may been because I was use to a firmer mattress. I also I did not like the tv setup. I did not know I had to have my own login info and there were no local channels or even cable to see. Other than this, I was definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Adequate parking. Although it is not a neighborhood to walk to restaurants or shops, it is really interesting, and the people we met walking (as I walked my little dog) were friendly and liked talking about their up and coming community. If you so choose, you can walk to the Capitol.

The adorable and very cozy apartment we stayed in during our stay in Oklahoma City was a wonderful experience. After all the sight-seeing and very exciting Sooner game, it was so nice to come back to a cozy and quiet place to relax. It was a wonderful experience!!

Apartment very clean and cozy. Comfortable soft bed. Eating places a short drive away. Really good Indian buffet $7.99 nearby. Best breakfast I ever had was at Sunnnyside Diner (homemade biscuits).

Dennis' response to questions and concerns was immediate. Property was clean and located in quiet neighbourhood near OU Medical Center. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are a short drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Manager, Dennis was excellent to work with. Main issue was steep stairway to apartment. Very difficult to maneuver with two small dogs, snow and ice. Issues with cleanliness of place when we checked in.

We stayed Thur/Friday in this lovely studio. Completely upgraded, nice finishes, and very welcoming. We had a tiny hiccup at the beginning of our stay and the owner absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It was much appreciated. This listing is steps away from the OU Health campus and ten minutes or less to Bricktown attractions. Nice, quiet neighborhood that made us feel safe. Thanks so much and we’ll definitely be looking for this property when visiting OKC again!

This little apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We found it to be very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and near to just about everything you would want to do in OKC. Dennis, the owner, has a great sense of decor and makes the most out of small spaces. This is the second time we have stayed at one of his properties and hope to do so again.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It looks exactly like the pictures. You can tell it is a new rental everything is brand new. The location was great, 5 mins to everything. I am unfamiliar with OKC, however the location of this apartment made the experience even better. Dennis is also an incredible host, and very accommodating. Will be returning. Thank you!
