"Room was very clean, new, beds were comfy, ac was blowing icy cold for me, and the bathtub was deeper than any standard hotel I have been to (and that’s lots!). Sure it’s not right on the beach but it was in a quiet area tucked away from the hustle of the main tourist area, but close to amenities. It was priced at about 1/2 the price of hotels in the area, I have zero complaints. There are some mixed reviews but I think that some people have unrealistic expectations of a budget friendly hotel....
