"Malgré la proximité du centre ville, le logement se situe aux abords d'une voie d'accélération et d'une discothèque. En été, il est donc impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes car c'est très très bruyant, mais la chambre sous toit est un vrai sauna. Le logement est probablement plus adapté en hiver. "
