Hi Jean Robertson Apologies for not getting to you in the morning when you requested by text that the hob in your unit wasn't working. The operations for the hob is attached to the wall above the hob itself and our cleaning lady was busy servicing the units just a pity that you couldn't flag her down to assist you. The hob was tested after you left and found to be working perfectly. All our electric and electronics gets tested on check out for the next guest to enjoy. We will put a more explicit detail how to operate the hob for future guests. Again apologies for your inconvenience

Hi there Apologies for the inconvenience and being uncomfortable in our unit. We explained that the units is under the house and could be noisy. We will add to our policy that this is the situation if bookings are made under the house therefore they are discounted rates.

Hi there, Apologies for your discomfort. Our office is not manned 24/7 as we only have the 10 units and its not always necessary to Mann the office. We do have a notice up on the window that the office is unattended and to use the phone on the desk to call for attention. We provide the facility for Netflix or sky on the go on the smart TV but need your account details to enjoy the programs. Even though booking well In advance we were booked in the other units when you called, that would be the only reason why you were accommodated in the older units. We do supply unlimited Wi-Fi in all the units. Again I do apologize for your inconvenience

Hi There Anonymous Apologies for the discomfort you had whilst staying on our property. I can see from my computer when you were in the said unit and this is my explanation to you. Hopefully I will not offend you with my explanation. Booking through the Expedia or B.com channels is always a roll of the dice. The units are filled as the bookings come in, We don't have control over the units that are booked on line. Taking over a Motel that was run down, so the refurbishment of the units and surrounds have been ongoing, hence your view (the dirt bank) from your bedroom being the reconstructing of the garden bank. The reason for increasing the rates is due to New Air conditioner/heat-pumps, New smart TV's, New Carpets, New Vinyl, New beds, New Showers so the much more to name. The carport/garage in question have only been revamped to make it a more comfortable outside area instead of looking or squeezing past your car. Again I'd like to offer my apologies.
