- This room is ideal for trail riders and hikers, looking for a comfortable, affordable place to spend the night. Common area with table, sink, hot plate, microwave, plates, bowls, necessary utensils, 60` TV, washer and dryer. Inside Bike Storage!
**There are no windows in this room. Please keep this in mind when booking.**
COVID-19: We are following CDC guidelines regarding cleaning and disinfecting of all areas of our property. This includes extra attention to light switches, knobs, remotes, etc. Due to the extra time needed for disinfecting, we are not currently accepting requests for early check-in or late check-out.

The bathroom features an oversized soaking tub/shower combo, toilet, and vanity with mirror.
The common room is equipped with large dining table, 60` TV, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee pot (Coffee provided), Pots, Skillet, Plates, Cups, Hot Plate for cooking and necessary utensils. For bikers riding the GAP Trail, there is also a bike rack.
*This space fits 2 people max. Please do not book if you have more than 2 people in your party.
This room is located above the Falls Market Restaurant. Self check in instructions are listed here and will also be emailed once a booking is completed.
I am available via the messenger 7am-9pm. Staff is on site daily during normal business hours.

Overnight stay
Clean one room place. The pictures were deceiving. It has a communal kitchen and no hot pan. Just a fridge and microwave. Listing says “pets allowed”. But they aren’t-later read in an email. So inaccurate listing on several accounts. Overall nice for an overnight stay.

Did not stay - could not get in - paid for nothing
No advance communication/reminders/check in. I emailed the day before I left for confirmation. No reply. I messaged them when I arrived, called the number on the door. NO RESPONSE at all. I ended up sleeping on someone's couch who had a house in the area. So I paid for a room I did not even get into. After I got home I had an email from them (which I couldn't get to at the time) with information. They did not respond to any of the contacts included in VRBO or on the physical building.

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at Trailside Hotel, and unfortunately this was a drastically different experience than the first. Upon arrival, the door to our room (room 101) was left opened which we thought was odd. After being in the room with the door closed for a while, we noticed a musty smell starting to fill the room. Each time we would leave the room and come back, the smell would be even stronger and it began to smell like a sweaty gym sock. We thought of all possibilities and eventually realized that it was coming from the AC unit on the wall. We found on Google that there is something called “dirty sock syndrome” which is a musty, foul odor released by an HVAC system that happens when mold, bacteria, and dirt accumulate on the evaporator coil. The second morning my husband woke up with a sore throat and we’re just hoping that we don’t develop more symptoms in the days to come. I just wanted to write this review to say that no one should be staying in room 101 until the AC unit is professionally cleaned or replaced. I can also see this being a perpetual issue in the future since this room does not have any windows and does not have a fan in the bathroom/shower too allow for adequate air flow.

This place was a total pleasant surprise. Fantastic room, great common area with ability to store bikes overnight. Clean and free coffee and snacks. Honestly blown away. Rooms super clean and felt like a cottage.

Charming Property
After the manager handled a brief issue at check-in, we found the Riverview room charming and comfortable. It's a great location next to the rapids/waterfall above a general store with good food. Really enjoyed our stay!
