"Being our second stay in the property, we expected another high quality experience and were not disappointed. The house was perfectly appointed for our requirements. A great location for our family, and close to supermarkets/The Base shopping. A couple of minor issues with the alarm code and missing cutlery were quickly resolved. "Pudimos hacer el check in antes de las 16:00. Aunque en el anuncio pone casa entera, la realidad es que la compartimos con los huéspedes de 3 habitaciones más. Suficientes enchufes en la habitación y armario con perchas. Todo muy muy limpio. Cama cómoda, aunque las almohadas demasiado duras/altas. Si haces la compra antes de llegar, te vendrá bien saber que no hay ollas ni sartenes, tampoco platos hondos ni cucharas. Café y te de cortesía. Aire acondicionado."

"Beautiful scenery over to the Waikato hills. Alpacas on the doorstep greeting you among the other animals on the property. The owner was accommodating, very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as fantastic as possible. He gave awesome tips about places to visit including the Nikau cave! The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and everything you could need was made available. I Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to again in the future."
