What wonderful host David and Lisa were ! We were more than happy with our little place for the week ! Everything was so clean and we had everything we needed. Just perfect!

My son and I had a little “mom and me” couple of days away and this was the perfect spot!Just large enough for us, but could definitely the rest of our family of four being comfortable here, too.I’ve been coming to York beach for almost 40 years and this is the best location I’ve had - I was thrilled to see how close to the bath house it was!The yard was just big enough to eat outdoors The owners were so friendly

Best location

Cute cozy and functional, had everything we needed and more! Straight extremely short walk to beach stairs which thrilled our girls. Everything we needed was in the cottage from a pair of scissors to full ice trays. Got to meet Lisa and she was wonderful. We had a fantastic stay and didn’t need a thing while we were there, but I’m sure the host would have taken care of it. Thank you so much and we look forward to hopefully coming again!

Sweet cottage in great location

The cottage is clean and cute. The location is terrific - 1 short block walk to a wonderful beach. The hosts were helpful with information about the area. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay with minimal cooking. Good water pressure and shower. We enjoyed our early September stay.

Vacation Rental

The owners were extremely nice and very willing to help with anything we need. The place was extremely clean and neat. The grounds were nice and we had room to be outside. The location is a great place for convenience to the ocean. I would definitely come back. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable were the beds. But the owners make you feel at home the whole time. I absolutely loved this rental.

With-in reach!

40+ yrs we have been coming to York, the last 20 to Long Sands. This year we needed something closer, as we get older. Behind the bath house and walking distance to everything. Boy, have we FOUND IT! How about a great little clean home- perfect for 4 freinds, an owner that pops in to assure we are set, and the ocean waves in your ear as you drift off to sleep. Yup heaven, what more could you ask for? Thank you for sharing your space with us❣️We will be back!!!

Beautiful location.

We had a great time and the location of the cottage to the beach was perfect! The place was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware. The beds are very hard, other than that, everything was fine.
