We did have an issue with the air conditioner in our room. No matter what temp it was set on it would not cool the room to that temp and the room felt damp. We called the front desk three times about the issue and they sent maintenance immediately and each time they said keep the fan on the "ON" position to work properly. ...

The reception desk people were extremely friendly, Valet were very nice, and the Tillers restaurant waitresses very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the view of the ocean was spectacular. "

"L'endroit n'est pas luxueux mais très correct. Le point négatif réside dans les frais de l'hôte. Ces frais devaient se situer à 22,18 $ US alors qu'ils nous ont facturé 148,07 US. Après 2 courriels à l'hôte et 2 appels à VRBO, il nous a été impossible de recouvrer la différence des frais payés. Nous avons dû avoir recours à notre banque pour nous faire rembourser cette différence. Très déçus des hôtes et de VRBO qui aurait dû normalement assumer ces démarches pour nous."
