"We were a couple and we stayed 2 nights in mid-August. You can't beat the location: right in the heart of Oqunquit and an easy walk to the beach. Some rooms have a beautiful view (ours didn't). Parking! (A rare commodity in Ogunquit. It's good to have a continental breakfast available (coffee, fruit, bagels, cereals and fruity yogurt. "It’s ok but more of a motel. The facility is old and dingy. They do what they can to keep it clean but there were bugs in some areas of the room. The toiletries were not refilled after we used them up. For $400+ per night, they should do better. Two out of 4 nights, we couldn’t watch tv or do anything that required internet. The food was not good (at breakfast) so we had to fend for ourselves. The staff was nice but they can only do so much. The place is old and is not worth the stay. We will...

"Had a wonderful weekend staying here. The room was extremely clean and had a private balcony/sitting area. Location was not far from the center of town and the path to Marginal Way was across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I would stay here again."
