  • 1 Bedroom top floor unit w/ King bed + 1 full Bathroom. Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. Once again, we had a wonderful stay. The location is great for the things we like to do when we visit. The place is beautifully kept, consistent and just the right fit for us. We have stayed many times and it definitely is a visit we look forward to. The unit, the view and the location is just great.

We have stayed at this location several times and cannot say enough good things about it. Andy, the host, goes above and beyond in taking care of his patrons. and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend!

Location,Location, Location!Nothing very fancy about the condo, but very comfortable and quiet. Easy walk downtown, slight shortcut to the Marginal Way. But the best part was the proximity to the beach! I'll go again!

Loved the view- especially in the morning.The decks were so nice in the warm October weather. The location was great for walking, shopping and dining. Quiet and peaceful.The host answered all my questions in advance.It was a wonderful autumn stay.
