Comfortable and clean property

We were in Ogden for a hockey event and found the location perfect for getting to and from the arena. Well situated to many amenties. Property very clean and easy to use. Interior temp well controlled and comfortable day and night. Property folks very responsive to questions with helpful suggestions.

Great downtown condo for ski weekend

Great stay. 25min to Snowbasin. Clean and modern/new. Close to Walmart for food etc. walking distance to restaurants. Comfy beds.

Great spot!

This condo is in such a convenient location, and is walkable to lots of things. Being right in town, there was some road noise, but that’s to be expected. The renovation of this old building is really cool, and it was fun to read about it in the hosts’s notebook. We had a minor issue when we arrived, which was resolved immediately. The host was great and responded to any questions very quickly. We’d definitely stay here again!

We’ll be back!!

We’ve stayed at many different hotels and short term rentals in the Ogden area and this is definitely our new favorite place! We loved the thoughtful renovation of the historic building, and the super convenient location. We also really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and all of the plentiful amenities, paper goods, toiletries, etc. We visit family often in this area and we will definitely be returning to this rental again!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Loved Loved this Loft! It was great to be able to stay downtown and walk everywhere. It was perfect for our family and very nice inside with all the amenities you would need. Really enjoyed it! We will be back for sure!

highly recommended

We booked this for a ski trip to Utah and could not be happier with the experience. It is walking distance to theatres, restaurants, activities and shopping and an easy short drive to Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. The place is new, super clean and tastefully decorated. It was very quiet inside even though it is on a bustling street. We will definitely stay here again.

Best experience I have ever had renting a VROB

Perfect location for our Ski Trip, close drive to Powder Mtn and Snowbasin. Walking distance to dining, the Solomon Action Sports Center, Movies. The place is really decorated nice, had everything you need. Highly recommend this VROB and thank you Steve the Super Host

Super comfortable and well stocked!

An 11 night stay is a long time but this condo felt like home. Super cool reno of an old building is a great place to stay. We’ll stocked kitchen if you want to cook but walkable to restaurants if you don’t. Very clean and has everything you need. Private off street parking was a big plus!

Great Place in Downtown Ogden!

A great, stylish place in downtown Ogden. Within a couple of blocks of several very good restaurants, very close (5 minutes by car) to hiking trails, and about 40 minutes to two ski areas (Snow Basin, Powder Mountain). A town bus stops right on the same block as the unit - it takes you right to the ski slopes.

The detailed description for parking and the ease of checking in, off to a great start. The photos do not do this Loft justice - very nice inside. Location was walking distance to Historic 25th street and a quick ride to skiing and hiking. We appreciated the history provided in the book of details. WIll definitely repeat on a future stay in Ogden!

Clean & bright. Lots of space to spread out. Walking distance to everything you need. We got stuck in Utah a few extra days due to weather and we were able to extend and enjoy this place a little longer.

Great stay at great loft!

Nice place to stay in Ogden! Spent a week skiing at Powder Mountain and Snowbasin - both are within 35 minutes of loft. Shopping and dining is near. Easy rental, check-in and check-out process. Clean and nicely appointed place! Will be back! Thanks!!!

Perfect loft, great location

We needed a place within walking distance of the convention center and also wanted something with urban "vibes." The District Loft unit A was perfect. The owners have done an excellent renovation of a commercial building into living spaces. The layout was very efficient with lots of storage space. Loved the kitchen; everything a gourmet cook could want although we didn't end up cooking much because there were several restaurants on 25th and nearby that we wanted to try. Would highly recommend the District Lofts to anyone wanting a location in downtown Ogden. Don't be put off by Social Axe being downstairs because they are moving out at the end of May.

We really enjoyed out stay at the District Lofts. Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable! Very convenient for skiing Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants. Great off street reserved parking and ski-bike locker.

Great short summer visit

We have stayed at 2 other lodging places in downtown Ogden. This one is the best yet. My wife throughly enjoyed how modern the place was and its cleanliness. Scott was very prompt to handle a few minor issues that we had on day one. I'd recommend this place to anyone for all seasons.

The property is extremely nice as well as the owners!

The property itself is very well done. The updated look and overall feel to it is well worth the value. It has a great location. It is centralized with local shopping and restaurants less than a block away. I would highly recommend staying here. The Larsens were very accommodating during our week stay. I came up here for work and requested a later check out so I wouldn't lose the food I had purchased or miss time at work. They accommodated me with no hesitation and I greatly appreciated it. Overall the owners are great just like their property. I highly recommend it to anyone.
