"Al día siguiente a mi llegada les comunique que el frigorífico no funcionaba y que la caldera de calefacción y agua caliente se ponía fuera de servicio constantemente. El problema de la caldera lo solucionaron siete días después de mi llegada y el frigorífico nunca funcionó y estuve alojado 9 noches. Anunciaban que estaban en recepción en un horario y cuando acudías allí no había nunca nadie. Gaste un montón de dinero en llamadas al número de emergencia que había en la puerta de recepción y...

"Very comfortable property. Had all that you needed for a comfortable stay. The extras in the fridge (orange, bread, milk) were great along with the bits for tea and coffee. Great location. Would recommend."

"Bien, buena estadia, muy comodo, bonita habitación. La persona que atendió fue cordial. Cosas por mejorar: Pidieron por WhatsApp datos de la tarjeta de credito lo cual no genera confianza. Hubo fallas en la comunicación para recibir el código para abrir la puerta. La cama doble está compuesta por dos sencillas, lo cual hace que se sienta el hueco en la mitad. El baño no tiene circulación de aire. Poca flexibilidad en caso de enfermedad."

"We had a fabulous stay in one of the beautiful garden apartments. So peaceful and fabulous views to the beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed as well as finished to a high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel which set us up for the day. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bonus was having the pool during such glorious weather. Will definitely return."

"Una perfecta opcion a la hora de visitar Bristol, bien ubicado, junto a las paradas del bus al aeropuerto, y del resto de lineas urbanas de la ciudad, y a cinco minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. El titulo de Suites es muy adecuado a lo que te vas a encontrar, dormitorio grande y con una cama enorme y comodisima, salon equipado como el de casa, y una cocina adosada a este, con todo e equipamiento necesario. "We looked at so many different places to stay, this being our first time in Torquay. Boy did we pick the right spot. Breathtaking views, and despite being an older building, everything was in order. Spaceous apartment with everything we needed, fabulous sourroundings and amenities. The "Ocean view" bar was hard to leave... and the pool was in use every day by our kids. We would love to come back !"

"The Chelsea hotel is extremely close to the train station, taxi rank and Asda supermarket so it's in a very convenient location. The hotel room was very clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. There was a microwave, cutlery, plates, dishes, a TV, and a hairdryer. I found the entry instructions easy. The area was quiet and I had a great view of nearby houses and trees. Thank you very much for a great stay. "

"Check-in was nice and easy with clear communication from the owners. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location wise you couldn’t ask for better, just 5 mins walk from the Abbey and Roman Baths. We would certainly stay there again if we come to Bath again."

"Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay "

"Very central location. Nice townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, designer bathroom and livingroom with sofa etc. A real gem in Bath and would definetely stay again. "

"Convenient central location, right in the thick of it!, you won’t need your jacket if you’re going out to the many pubs, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Bit noisy at night but not excessive. Accommodation was exceptional, clean and comfortable Would not hesitate to book again "

"El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, pero la experiencia dejó mucho que desear. La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba y hacía mucho frío. El personal proporcionó un calefactor portátil, pero solo después de varias solicitudes y una larga espera. El desagüe de la ducha estaba completamente atascado, y la limpieza de la habitación era deficiente. Además, uno de los ascensores estaba averiado, lo que resultó en esperas prolongadas. El gimnasio es bueno y el desayuno aceptable, pero en general, no recomendaría este hotel debido a los inconvenientes."
