"Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. "We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises."
