"We had a lovely 2 night stay-cation. The host is polite and quickly responded. The shower is very nice with 2 shower heads. And of course the personal hot tub was a great perk! We were able to grill outside. There is a patio separate for your side that is private. Your hot tub is private as well. We will return! "

"When we arrived Lisa had already informed us well in advance of codes and passwords that we would need and even went the extra mile leaving us welcome snacks and drinks in the fridge. The house location is in a very beautiful neighborhood and finding it was a breeze. Lisa checked in on us the day after arrival just to make sure we got in safe and if we needed anything. The house although smaller was exactly what we were looking for as well as beautiful. We will definitely be booking again and...

"This property is exactly as described. 2 bedroom, 2 full baths. There is a set of stairs, so - a no-go for handicapped accessibility - but the listing makes this very clear. Having a washer and dryer is a must for travelling these days with limited luggage. The accommodations were sparkling clean and we weren't lacking any amenities. Although having a pizza cutter and some ice trays for the freezer would be nice. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. We only saw the owner/family twice but...

"We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again! It was clean and comfortable and close to everything in downtown Fredericksburg. The street parking was no issue - huge street with plenty of room. The one thing that could use improvement is the showerhead - it's a small thing and didn't affect our rating but it could definitely use an upgrade."

"Beautiful cabin on top of a hill with a beautiful country side scenery. The cabin was supplied with everything needed plus more. Everything worked properly. We enjoyed the game room. The massage chair was a treat. I played a game of pool. No noise from neighbors. We now have a wonderful memory that we will carry in our hearts. Thanks Lex"
