Hoteles históricos en Oeste de Tennessee

"We booked a 3 night stay (Th, Fr &Sat) due to a family funeral. Thursday and Friday nights we used the Do Not Disturb sign. So we expected the room to be cleaned or at least clean towels. We get back to room Saturday night to no clean towels and no trash taken out. We went to office and got towels and went to bed. Sunday morni ng i realize our dirty towels are gone. So someone came in room and all they did was get dirty towels and did nothing else. Kind of crazy! "

"Everyone was very nice, we left a pair of shorts on accident and they called within 1 hour of checking to let us know that we left something. They went above and beyond trying to accommodate us. My daughter got her hand slammed in the bathroom door and the front desk gave us the closet hospital ( didn’t need one) an ice pack and checked up on her later. They were so nice and offered us all kinds of help with our three children. Would stay here again!"

"El edificio es muy bonito. Desafortunadamente al llegar nadie te explica nada sobre las instalaciones, restaurantes o acceso a las vialidades que, se puede lograr desde el hotel. El staff es poco servicial. Además había una restricción de uso de agua en la ciudad y no te dejaban bañar con agua caliente, pero si había agua en las habitaciones y regadera de las mismas, una tontería la verdad. Aún así no ofrecían ninguna alternativa o descuento. En general un lugar muy bonito pero con un servicio...

"Place was gorgeous. Clean and well appointed. Even had noise machines and large tv's in all bedrooms. Nice bathrooms with all necessities and a coffee bar. Exceeded espectations. "
