"The home is just far enough out of town to be delightfully quiet, yet within minutes of Hamilton. Everything is clean, exactly as described with wonderful little extras like fresh baked cookies, banana bread and farm fresh eggs. What a terrific surprise. Everything you could possibly want. "My family just enjoyed a weeklong stay, and although this is a wonderful rental, the listing is very misleading. 1. Air-conditioning is listed as an amenity, which this house does NOT have. And not all of the windows have screens. After we booked thru VRBO, we got a confirmation directly from Vacasa which warned that there was only a small window unit, but that wasn't installed prior to our stay either.
