"Had a ladies get away at the property. We had a great stay. The location is close to everything. The covered patio was our favorite so we could sit outside even if raining. We loved watching the boats go by. Owner very attentive with any questions. Brought my small dog with us. We would return."

"Beautiful one of a kind property. The location was amazingly special. Once we got there we never left the property. The beautiful little town of Saugatuck was very close by but the house and property were so amazing we just couldn’t leave. Everything we needed was right there. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The view was like no other. We could’ve sat on the beach all day long and watched the waves and the boats come and go. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay next...

"The setting is secluded and peaceful. The sight and sound of the waves crashing was so soothing. The night time sky was amazing. Everything was so clean and orderly and organized. First vacation with our dog and it was a very positive experience. Highly recommend brunch at the early owl, if venturing into town. We brought a large crate for when we left the house. Would love to visit again!"

"Everything was great with 2 exceptions… (1) the wall outlet at the head of the queen bed did not have a cover (bare wiring visible and potential shock hazard), and (2) the hot and cold water faucets in the 2nd bathroom (the one with just the shower) were plumbed backwards —- expected cold faucet comes out hot, and vice-versa (another potential hazard). What can you do about these issues?"

The two bedrooms by their self was perfect for families with small children. All in all it was a great time! The only thing was finding the place! It absolutely does not go on our GPS. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It appears to have been recently rehabbed, so everything was new and updated. The location is excellent! We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Saugatuck and a quick walk back to the property. It had a mini fridge and was stocked with things like coffee, creamer, sugar and toiletries in the bathroom. I appreciate the makeup wipes! I would definitely stay again."
