We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. "

"A great apartment right on main street in Nauvoo. It wasn’t a problem and I didn’t think to contact the host, but we couldn’t figure out how to get the heater to work in the living/kitchen area but we were fine with the heat in the bedrooms. All went well! Thanks for a great place to stay!"
