"I booked a walk in shower because of hip surgery. They did not have a room on the first floor but they were able to find one on the secone floor. I was also expecting a bell boy to help me with my luggage. There was none."

"The night lady isn't great for business, she's not very professional at all. Rooms are ok but not cleaned very well. Showers are dirty sheets and pillows are old and stained. Beds are horrible and house keeping walks in without knocking first."

"They should be a little honest to say that they have not had hot water for more than a week. The staff in front is not friendly. You ask them a question and they reply that they know nothing. I spent a night without showering because I had no hot water and the answer was that we cannot do anything. Of course, I asked for my money back to go to another hotel."

"When I arrived to check in I was told room was dirty and the would accommodate me in a different one, when given the room, that room.was dirty as well, room eas never cleaned after other guest checked out. Very diaappointed as I was arriving from a long day from work. "
