La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata eccellente. Un ingresso con sala con un ampio tavolo, cucinino, due ampie camere da letto e un bagno. Due balconi sulle camere. In un contesto silenzioso circondato da un parco. Colazione al mattino con tutto ciò che serve, brioches, marmellate, succo fresco di arancia, yoghurt,...

"The apartment was so close to the center of the city. Easy walk to all the sights and great food and drink. Elena was easy to communicate with. Though the apartment has no kitchen, she provided us with pastries, coffee and cereal for the morning. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding provided. The apartment is interior so, although there is no view of the street, it is very quiet. Highly recommend!"

" The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...

Within walking distance of the historic city centre, train station and a supermarket, it’s location was excellent. It has every amenity needed and was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Massimiliano, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. A wonderful base to explore Bologna!"
