"This place was perfect for the location we needed It was small and cozy and very cleanCommunication with the host was great"

"The property was beautiful and clean. The host was very responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the yard and would return to stay at this property again in the future."

"The host was very welcoming and replied to my messages within minutes. The ammenities were in excellent condition. The views from the deck were beautiful."

"Recommend!"

"As others have noted this is a wonderful location in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. We were literally minutes away from most of the locations in central Austin we needed to visit. The townhouse itself was especially roomy and pleasant and a very good value for the price. I've not seen as large or pleasant a bedroom in all the similar properties we reviewed and to top it off the bed was very comfortable. We had a small initial problem with the combination front door lock but with a little...

"Great Spot! This 3 Bedroom house had everything we needed. Everything was well stocked - like the Kitchen had more accessories, tools, etc) than expected. The Bedrooms had enough pillows and blankets. The Bathroom had more than enough towels. We didn't worry about a thing and we weren't struggling to make do. Exactly how we wanted to spend our downtime after being out in Austin all day. Spring weather meant we didnt need to run the HVAC. Bedroom fans kept us all comfortable and an in room noise...

"Location was great and host communication was great"

"This home is absolutely gorgeous. Sits in the hills with beautiful views of Lake Travis, Austin. Not a far drive from great food spots, also 30-40 min drive to downtown if you want to visit 6th street. Beautiful home, with a beautiful yard and balcony. Cleanliness was also excellent. Home is absolutely worth the price for the vibes and awesome experience. "

"The host was very communicative and friendly. The place was clean and had a lot of room for us."

"Highly recommend! The lake house was incredible!! We had such a nice stay, thank you. I loved how quiet the lake was while we were there. Although we couldn’t paddle board due to a watercraft ban, we had a really nice and relaxing time. The home was also much roomier than we expected. We spent most of time outside on the upper deck. The stone stairs into the water made it easier to get in, if you don’t want to jump off the dock. The water is also perfectly and partly shaded by a pine tree...

"This house was exactly what we were wanting: close to different hiking trails, easy access to the lake, not right next to neighbors, but close to a grocery store, open land, and a pool. Our only "complaint" was not being notified about the pool guy and yard people coming. We were there for a week, so totally reasonable for people to come and service the property, but we weren't given any heads up so it was a little startling to both us and our animals to wake up to random people walking around...

"One of my best VRBO experiences ever, host, house, and everything was great."

"We stayed here during a wedding and it was perfect for our family. We loved the house and peaceful views. It was also great for getting dressed as it had a nice makeup mirror and beautiful bathroom. Well appointed closet and full length mirror. We loved our stay."

"This property was great for a family get together. Great location and comfortable accommodations. No complaints with the property at all. There was a little hiccup as this property was in transition from one management company to the other and we were a bit late to get check-in information, making us a bit nervous. But it all worked out in the end and a great time was had by all."
