"The communication with the host was awful. I had questions about my reservation prior to arrival that were never answered. I called when we arrived about the parking pass that was needed and the person I spoke to didn't know the answer and took hours to get back to me about how to obtain a parking pass. "We could not watch the TV s as we could not connect to the internet. We tried several times to contact the owner and they did not respond or correct the problem. We could not check in until 4:00 and we saw that there was earlier check in times at the same location. There were no paper towels, tissues, trash bags, hair dryer. There was no heat. The location was good. It was close to the boardwalk and Beach. It had convenient off street parking. "
