Hi I find the charge high relative to the service. When I am in a hotel booked for 4 people, I expect to see 4 towels in the room plus enough shampoo/conditioner… the klinex box was left there empty. For early check out they offer me a breakfast box to go. The fridge in the room, was not even working. ...

Problème avec la réservation vrbo
Lors de notre arrivée a 22h la préposée à l’accueil a eu des problèmes avec la réservation vrbo elle a fouillé mais ne voyait pas. Elle nous as dit que ca arrivait fréquemment. Finalement elle s’est bien occupé de nous et nous as trouvé 2 chambres alors qu’on en avait juste une meilleur a l’hotel ...
